Four application pages checked November 1, 2026
You can still find summer 2027 internship application pages after early recruiting has begun to close. The important question is which roles fit your background now. The four postings below displayed Apply or Apply Now controls when we checked them on November 1, 2026. We did not submit test applications or confirm remaining hiring capacity. Reopen each posting before preparing your application.
| Employer and role | Location | Important eligibility filter |
|---|---|---|
| Roblox — Software Engineer Intern, ID 37750 | San Mateo, California | Undergraduate or graduate study in a related field; review work-authorization restrictions |
| Databricks — Product Management Intern, P-982 | San Francisco / Mountain View / Bellevue | Related bachelor's or master's degree; Fall 2027 or Spring 2028 graduation |
| Lyft — Data Science Intern, Algorithms, ID 111127 | Toronto, Canada | Master's or PhD at a Canadian university; Dec. 2027–June 2028 graduation |
| Klaviyo — Software Engineer Intern | Boston, Massachusetts | Prior software internship/co-op; Dec. 2027 or May/June 2028 graduation |
This is a technical and product shortlist because those are the specific postings verified for this guide. It does not establish that other industries are closed. A search result alone was not enough: we excluded a result that redirected to a general careers board rather than the advertised internship.
Open the official posting before spending time on a draft
Roblox: Summer 2027 Software Engineer Intern — The posting describes a 12-week program and project ownership. Check the current qualifications and location requirements.
Databricks: Summer 2027 Product Management Intern — The posting describes a 12-week paid internship and expects some SQL and/or Python experience.
Lyft: Summer 2027 Data Science Intern, Algorithms — This is a graduate-student opportunity in Toronto, not a general undergraduate data-analyst internship.
Klaviyo: Summer 2027 Software Engineer Intern — The application remained visible, but its suggested October 7 application date has passed; the posting says hiring is rolling.
If an application button disappears, the page redirects, or the role is marked closed, treat that as a change in availability. Do not try an unrelated requisition or an employee's private contact details to bypass the official route. Search the employer's current careers board for a suitable alternative.
Use a five-minute eligibility check
- Match the work term: summer 2027, not a similarly named role for another year.
- Read the graduation window and enrollment requirements literally.
- Check prior-internship requirements and required technical evidence.
- Check the actual work location, attendance expectations, and authorization language.
- Record any deadline or rolling-hiring statement and the date you checked it.
Separate a mandatory qualification from a preference. A role that requires a master's or PhD is not made suitable for an undergraduate by an excellent Python project. Conversely, a preferred tool should not automatically make you discard a role when your evidence fits the work. Read how the employer phrases each condition.
Do not assume that a posting without an obvious closing date will stay available for another month. Apply promptly when the role fits and your materials are ready. Rushing an inaccurate submission, however, creates a different problem; save enough time to review the completed form.
Find more openings beyond this shortlist
Build a small set of employer searches around a role family and location. Try Software Engineer Intern, Product Intern, Analyst Intern, and the local term co-op where appropriate. Check your university's employer portal and the employer's own careers board. Aggregators can help discovery, but the employer page should determine whether you apply.
Role family: [software / product / research / another field] Work term: Summer 2027 Locations I can actually work in: [...] Graduation date: [...] Required experience I can demonstrate: [...] Official URL + requisition: [...] Checked on: [...] Next action + date: [...]
Read the industry recruiting timeline — Use timing as context, then verify the specific vacancy rather than assuming every employer follows one calendar.
Turn a shortlist into a manageable weekly plan
Keep separate lists for ready-to-apply roles, roles needing one missing piece of evidence, and roles that do not fit mandatory requirements. Spend the next work session on the ready list. For each application, identify two relevant responsibilities and place the best evidence for those near the top of your resume.
A useful weekly review asks what changed: new openings, closed roles, replies, assessments, and repeated eligibility barriers. If the same gap blocks several suitable applications, address that gap deliberately. The aim is a repeatable search with accurate records, not an ever-growing pile of links you never revisit.

Common questions
- Are all four internships guaranteed to be accepting applications today?
- No. The application controls were visible on November 1, 2026. Availability can change; the linked employer page is the current authority.
- Is November too late to apply for summer 2027 internships?
- It is too late for some specific roles and still possible for others. Use current official listings rather than a single industry-wide deadline.
- Does a live application page guarantee that hiring slots remain?
- No. A visible application route confirms only what we observed on the page. Hiring capacity and review timing remain with the employer.
